We have a need for a Graduate Analysts to support the growth of the Advanced Technology and Research team, principally in structural and civil engineering applications.
As a Graduate AT&R Analyst, you will take part in the following kinds of activities:
• Perform and report linear and non-linear, static and dynamic structural finite element analysis, principally for structural and geo-engineering applications (e.g. earthquake, wind, and vibration analysis)
• Collaborate with other structural engineers, civil engineers, mechanical engineers and risk consultants on innovative buildings and infrastructure projects
•Work on defined tasks under the close supervision of a senior engineer
• Master’s degree in civil or structural engineering
• 3.0 GPA or higher
• Interest and preferably experience in finite element analysis
• Fundamental knowledge of structural mechanics
• Experience with LS-DYNA, Hypermesh, and other FEA tools
• Fluency in Spanish
• Good communication skills essential for team-based working
• Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment
• Must be highly motivated, proactive and willing to take on new challenges
