We are currently seeking Graduate Project Analysts for our Transaction Advice team. The hired candidate will work on a variety of transaction advisory engagements in North and South America providing business planning, project economics, financial analysis and advice for the development, investment and financing of infrastructure and real estate.
 
As a Graduate Transaction Advice Analyst, you will learn and apply the following:
 
• Request, review and manage relevant project data, market studies, financial and economic plans, and contextual issues
• Conduct business planning, economic, contractual, and/or financial analysis as required
• Interact with other consultants, within Arup and externally, for business planning, financial advisory, and due diligence assignments
• Prepare analyses, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and coordinate/manage relevant project inputs from other consultants
• Review and/or develop financial models, economic cost-benefit analyses, feasibility analyses, and market studies
• Prepare and deliver presentations of the above to satisfy client needs and goals
• Respond to RFP’s and prepare proposals
• Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks
• Write papers and present them at industry conferences.
 
Requirements:
 
• Bachelor's degree required in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.  Master's degree, in Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or Economics, or similar field a plus.
• 0-2 years relevant work experience and/or multiple internships/part time work conducted while pursuing the above degree(s)
• Strong quantitative skills with good knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent presentation and writing skills
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
• Must be willing to travel
