Our Toronto Office is currently seeking a Civil Engineer to join our Infrastructure team.
 
In this role, you will be responsible for:
 
-  Undertaking design of roadways, storm water drainage, sanitary sewers, water supply and dry utilities often associated with LRT projects. Undertaking hydrology studies and hydraulic analysis;
-  Assisting senior staff on a variety of projects such as LRT, subway and other transportation projects across Canada;
- Coordinating with multiple disciplines, working in conjunction with project managers to help complete assigned tasks;
- Writing reports for internal and external purposes based on findings;
- Presenting technical material in traditional and innovative ways for review by technical and non-technical audiences;
- Understanding trends and best practices in the transportation market; and
- Participating in local Professional Associations.
 
 
The Qualified Professional will have:
 
- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Civil Engineering;
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Civil Engineering design and construction;
- The ability to work under pressure, prioritize effectively, manage deadlines and exceptional organization skills required for our rapidly changing environment;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential for team-based working;
- Presentation skills with colleagues and clients of all levels; and
- P Eng., licensed in Ontario and/or Quebec.
